Our consultant led unit at Conquest Hospital is based on the Hastings site. We are a tight knit team working closely together to provide women/birthing people and their families with high quality, evidence based midwifery care. You will need to be a highly motivated team player, committed to drive forward an innovative service with the existing team. Midwives with a commitment to provide safe, cohesive and collaborative working is essential.We offer an excellent induction programme for all and full preceptorship programme for newly qualified midwives and a friendly, supportive and highly driven team to develop with for all experienced band 6's.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently and autonomously within the team is essential.
