Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to work for a growing company based in Swindon.
Ths role will really suit someone seeking a back office, admin heavy type role.
Duties include:
1. Creating daily, weekly and monthly invoices
2. Raising Job Packs
3. Updating weekly spreadsheet for customer requirements
4. Updating customer costings on portals
5. Monitor stock parts, stock checks and ensuring parts are on jobs being costed
6. General Office duties
Personal requirements:
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
8. Highly organised,with the ability to work with minimal supervision
9. Excellent problem-solving skills
10. Experience in the automotive, engineering or manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.30 pm with ½ an hour unpaid lunch
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000
