Job Title: Salesperson - Automotive
Are you passionate about sales and motoring?
We are seeking a professional and confident salesperson to join the UK's leading retailer in automotive products and services. Our sales team is energetic, customer-focused, and dedicated to providing exceptional service, ensuring customers leave with everything they need and want.
You will collaborate with a large team of car enthusiasts committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities include driving sales across the Halfords group, coordinating vehicle repairs in our stores, garages, and at customers' homes and workplaces.
In this role, you will work with colleagues from our retail stores, Autocentres, and Halfords Mobile Expert teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate is quick at working under pressure and excels at building relationships.
To be successful, you will need:
* Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
* Experience in delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service, preferably in retail or automotive environments
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities
* Experience in sharing expertise with others
* A keen interest or experience in motoring products and services
