Salary: £26,000
Working hours: Week 1 Monday to Friday - Week 2 Monday to Thursday (9 day working fortnight) 0745-1630 (1615 on Friday) OR 0800-1715 (1700 on Friday)

Role Overview: As the Project Administrator you will play pivotal role to site management by proving administrative support to the project team. What you'll do:
1. Creation of and management of individual project files, including all archiving and updating of records.
2. Ensure the correct paperwork is in place to proceed with the purchasing process.
3. Ensure contractors invoices are correct and deal with any discrepancies where necessary.
4. Prepare Excel report to the Client and our Financial Controller, indicating completed tasks and invoice status to allow preparation of monthly schedule.
5. Attend project meetings with the Client and project team. This will include preparation of reports, taking meeting minutes and making arrangements for the meetings.
6. Providing support to the Contract/Systems Support team in the event of absences and/or excessive workloads.
