Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Auditor to oversee the compliance of our civils department. Working alongside our Compliance Manager, the Compliance Auditor will undertake site visits and audits in line with our competency procedures and provide site technical support for our delivery team.
Duties
* Overseeing the compliance of Civils requirements.
* Site visits and audits to be carried out in-line with the compliance requirements, process, and procedures.
* Site technical support for the operations teams.
* To become a NERS Assessor (civils element only).
* Training Academy competency support.
* Collating and managing data to complete company, client, and certification reporting. Uploading information to online portals.
* General office support duties: answering phone calls and taking messages, greeting visitors etc.
* Assist with the maintenance of Crown Highways management systems.
* Exam and course invigilation.
* Any other duties as required to meet business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
* Level 2 NVQ in civils and/or plant.
Considered
* Any plant or civils training.
Advantageous
* NRSWA training and SWQR Card.
* NVQ assessor qualification.
* AET Level 3 or equivalent.
Civils and Plant experience of site works - 5yrs - highways experience preferred.
Skills & Aptitudes
* Enthusiasm and passion to ensure that all Crown Highways work is delivered in a manner without compromise on safety, quality or customer service.
* Understanding of the importance of meeting client and customer requirements.
* Computer literate.
* Drive to succeed and improve and a willingness to learn essential.
