We are looking to recruit a personable, outgoing, service administrator to work at our new super depot at Wardon Hill (DT2 9PW).
Whilst knowledge of Agriculture and Farming would be a benefit, we will consider applications from candidates who have experience from a service/workshop background in another industry.
Duties will include:
* Receiving incoming calls from customers and engineers.
* Assisting the Service Manager.
* Assisting the Warranty Manager.
* Booking service and repair work using the ibcos system.
* Proactive calling to organise seasonal and contractual service work.
* Generating Customer Invoices.
* General Workshop administration.
* Customer liaison.
* Covering for the Service and/or Warranty Manager during holidays.
Qualifications
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Administrative experience with a focus on clerical tasks and data entry.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience with QuickBooks and general office operations.
* Typing proficiency and attention to detail in documentation.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour.
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week.
