As a Highway Assistance Professional with The AA, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic on our roads. Your key responsibility will be to respond to calls from customers who require assistance with their vehicles, providing expert guidance and support to help them get back on the move.
You'll work closely with colleagues to identify and resolve issues efficiently, using your excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex problems. This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike.
