Job role – School Administrator
Location – Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire
Start – September 2024 (Temporary)
GSL Education are looking for a school admin assistant to work at one of the client schools in Scunthorpe. This role is to start in September 2024, temporary, initially for 6 weeks. The role will include helping with the Administration and reception needs they may have.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in schools and have excellent written and oral communication skills along with a working knowledge of SIMS.
Responsibilities:
* Handle scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
* Ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations.
* Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies, and the public.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a School Administrator.
* Knowledge of administrative processes in schools.
* Ability to use computers, particularly MS Office.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Outstanding organisational ability.
* Child workforce DBS Enhanced on the Update Service
