About Benchmark Financial Planning
Benchmark Financial Planning is dedicated to providing essential support to our financial advisers. As an IFA Administrator, you will engage in various tasks that are crucial for the smooth operation of advisory services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and timelines.
What You'll Do:
1. Deal with post, scanning, photocopying, filing, and emails.
2. Handle telephone enquiries and make appointments for advisers.
3. Receive visitors and assist them as needed.
4. Set up new contracts and process applications in line with FCA regulations.
5. Prepare and send letters of authority while obtaining policy information for research.
6. Input and update client data, managing daily activities on Enable (internal CRM system).
7. Prepare business packs for advisers.
8. Upload and submit compliance documentation.
9. Conduct mail merges, such as ISA allowance letters and transfer letters for clients joining Aspect8.
10. Perform other general administrative duties as required.
11. Submit business on the Fusion platform.
12. Facilitate report binding and manage spreadsheets.
13. Assist with annual client reviews and update client valuations.
14. Input risk questionnaires and generate client reports, binding them for presentation.
15. Diary management for annual reviews; making appointments as necessary.
Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications You Need:
1. Administration experience within financial services is advantageous.
2. Familiarity with Fact Find and risk profiles would be beneficial.
3. R01, FA1, FA2 qualified, or pursuing qualifications is an advantage.
4. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
5. Good telephone manner and communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Location
Our office in Londonderry maintains the same high standards as our headquarters and operates in a hybrid working model. The role is full-time, with successful applicants expected to be present in the office three days a week. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
