Tillys College of Childcare is seeking a motivated Trainer & Assessor to deliver Certificate III and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care through our traineeship program and partnership with accredited RTO.
Work Schedule : 5 Days / Week (40 hours / week with accrued RDO hours)
Opportunity : Great opportunity for Trainer / Assessor to enter RTO industry.
We are looking to engage with a skilled trainer and assessor to work with our Certificate III and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care trainees employed within our centres located across the Hunter and Newcastle areas.
Although experience in the RTO industry is ideal, we are willing to provide an opportunity to someone who may not have previous experience in the RTO industry.
Qualifications :
* Current recognised TAE training qualification (either the TAE40122 Cert IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and Assessment)
* Minimum of a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Early Childhood Teaching degree
* Demonstrated vocational currency within the Early Childhood field
* Current driver's licence
* Working with Children check
Skills : Candidates must have sound communication and administrative skills.
Whilst this position requires someone who can work autonomously, you will enjoy the benefit of working closely with our Centre Directors, Management team and accredited RTO.
