Role & Responsibilities:
* Act as a liaison between Management, Sales/Clients, Production, Shipping, and Outside Suppliers, being the key contact on a daily basis for all production issues.
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of the order through creative, prepress, production, fulfillment, kitting, and shipping.
* Work as part of a team, following and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Standards.
* Create production dockets and escalate issues when required, working closely with production.
* Attend and participate in daily production meetings to review job status and changes that have occurred or are pending.
* Coordinate and schedule the receipt of collateral supplied by outside vendors.
* Build invoices for Sales review and process them for submission to the accounting department, ensuring all costs have been captured.
* Create Purchase Orders for stock and any necessary materials required.
* Create, review, and distribute production instructions and documents as required, prioritizing scheduling to ensure requirements and timelines are met.
* Verify clients' products at various stages to ensure that the customers' requirements and quality standards have been met.
* Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
* Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience in the Print Industry is preferred.
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Advanced Excel.
* Excellent English communication skills (oral and written), well organized, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work at Newtown, Madhyamgram, and Barrackpore locations.
