One of our most exciting clients is currently seeking a driven and experienced Territory Sales Specialist to join a growing team within the surgical solutions space. This is a field-based role focused on building strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and clinics, driving sales growth, and supporting product usage in operating rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, KOLs, and OR stakeholders within the assigned territory.
* Provide in-theatre support, ensuring optimal product usage and customer satisfaction.
* Identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
* Work closely with procurement teams, pharmacists, and administrators to ensure product availability.
Key Requirements:
* 3-5 years of sales experience within operating theatres and clinics.
* Existing relationships within general surgery, neurosurgery, HPB, cardiothoracic, or urosurgery.
* Experience working within NHS Trusts and private healthcare environments.
* Haemostasis/Biosurgery experience is highly desirable.
* Must be territory-based with flexibility to travel extensively.
