Sales Development Representative
Salary: up to £25,000 (+ uncapped commission)
Location: Ilkley
Fully office-based position

Their software & technology helps businesses in highly regulated industries (think legal & insurance) and others in industries that exchange large sums of money (Cryptocurrency as an example!) ensure that the business they conduct isn't being compromised by people looking to launder money.
Due to continued growth and interest in their product, they're now looking to add entry-level sales development representatives to the team to start in January.

The Role:
1. As a salesperson within this business, your responsibilities will include prospecting new potential clients through a number of outreach methods such as cold calling, email, and LinkedIn. Picking up the phone and making cold calls will be the main daily activity!
2. You'll speak to C-Level execs and finance leaders with the view to arranging demos of the software and product.
3. Learning and developing about the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) sector whilst expecting to book 1 product demo per day.

1. Drive and determination: Sales isn't easy. You'll be driven to build a successful career in tech sales in a niche industry that is constantly upscaling.
2. Desire to progress: The goal is to make your way to the Senior Sales Team.
3. Resilience: Previous examples through work or life where you've had to deal with setbacks.
