We are seeking a Senior Sales Training manager who will report to the Sr. Director of Commercial Excellence and will be accountable for delivering key objectives of the learning strategy for TA Instruments commercial organization of 100 global sales and marketing employees. The ideal candidate will Have a strong background in Business to Business technology sales Experience in implementing and tracking adoption of sales methodologies Excel at delivering face-to-face and virtual classroom sales training using contemporary delivery tools Coach sales professionals before, during and after training to drive learning transfer and behavioral change Will be self-directed and be able to deliver results with minimal supervision Experience in building and maintaining a LMS Ability to drive expectations around CRM discipline Ability to set and routinely report KPI's This position will partner/coordinate with local resources across our Americas and EMEA regions, thus requiring an individual with a respect for the diversity of our commercial teams and their approach to work and our customers. Responsibilities Delivers training facilitation (virtual/face to face) for Buyer-Focused Selling program. Manages each cohort's administration, delivery, feedback, and measurement. Provides post training coaching and reinforcement to participants. Works with sales colleagues, both managers and representatives, in the field with active coaching on the sales process. Optimizes a centralized sales learning enablement system that delivers relevant content to support specific sales roles. Drives & monitors communities of practice and provides daily guidance. Qualifications Education: BA/BS, Learning & Performance Certifications/Training desired Coaching certifications desired Experience: Training Facilitation: 7 years' experience - demonstration of facilitation skills will be required.
