Act as a role model and coach in clinical practice, particularly for RNs, HCSWs and junior nursing staff and communicate to a high standard. To facilitate and participate in educational programmes to support RNs and HCSWs to gain competence/confidence with clinical skills. Support the retention of staff working with key stakeholders across the organization. Represent the Royal Marsden at external meeting for RNs and HCSW development and widening access. Promote Freedom to Speak up and staff engagement on trust wide forums Work Collaboratively with all key stakeholders to support RNs and HCSWs orientation to clinical practice and whilst working clinically.
