Role Overview: The Transport Admin Controller provides essential administrative support to the transport department, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and compliance with regulatory and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage transport schedules, coordinating with drivers and logistics teams. Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including delivery logs and compliance documentation. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Ensure transport activities comply with legal and safety regulations. Handle transport-related customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Provide administrative support, including managing purchase orders, invoices, and PODs. Hours of Work; 06:00-14:30 What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in transport operations or logistics administration. Proficiency in transport systems and MS Office. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
