Product Manager - Digital Media, Technology, eCommerce
Hybrid working - 2-3 Days in Office
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Responsibilities
* 5+ years of Product Management experience
* Open and honest communication style
* Ability to context switch in the detail whilst keeping in mind the bigger picture Product vision
* Experience in digital media, technology, eCommerce or classifieds preferred
* Strong stakeholder management skills to influence across multiple teams
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to frame problems, collect data, perform analysis, arrive at valid conclusions and present data and insights to influence others.
* Resourceful with ability to get things done. Capable of operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, across multiple teams and balancing multiple priorities.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and different measures of product discovery, including quantitative (e.g. A/B-testing) and qualitative (e.g. usability testing) methods.
* Collaboration: Working cross-functionally, collaborating with Engineering, UX, Marketing and Commercial teams.
* Stakeholder Management: Ensure alignment on business goals and requirements with relevant stakeholders, communicate product updates and sync on developments through-out the product life-cycle.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
* Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
