What We're Looking For: A Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a valid NMC registration. At least five years’ post-qualification experience, preferably in a similar setting. Proven experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours. A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to care. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialist nursing care tailored to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Provide leadership and guidance to care staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
