Office Administrator Bluebird Care London – NW1 Up to £28,000 DOE Benefits We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at our newly opened office in Central London. Working alongside the Office Manager you will be a vital part of the team, providing comprehensive and confidential administrative support, as well as serving as the primary contact for all staff and visitors at our brand new office in London. Responsibilities Handling correspondence Supporting the running of the Bluebird Care UK Support Office in London, including meeting room bookings, phone calls, etc General Office Administration Monitoring central email inboxes, responding to enquiries, directing messages to the correct people, and ensuring that all correspondence is dealt with expediently. Maintain office health and safety records Preparing documents and taking minutes as and when required. Conducting research and compiling data upon request. Any other such relevant administrative or business support tasks as directed.
