We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our vibrant team at Sports Bar Candidates must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts; including weekends, nights and bank holidays. Key competencies and duties include: Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, whilst adhering to all company procedures, processes, health & safety and hygiene regulations. Being an effective team player who contributes to continuous business improvement. Till operation and cash handling. Waiting tables and clearing of cutlery and glasses from customers, ensuring all items are washed/cleaned and stored correctly. Identify any food and beverage requirements using a proactive approach where appropriate. Ensuring all areas of the casino areas are always kept clean and tidy.
