Job Description
The role and function of our London office is core to the Company. It is our HQ, and the office of our Founder and CEO, as well as being the location for regular Board meetings. The position of Office & Facilities Coordinator is fundamental in ensuring the office is run smoothly and effectively to optimise usage by our team members, while presenting a slick and professional outward facing image to customers and other interested parties. The role will form part of a wider business support function and, as such, will occasionally be required to provide support across other business functions in periods of absence.
Reporting To: Vice President of Corporate Services
Location: London Office (Office Based Position: Monday - Friday)
Experience / Qualifications Required:
1. A minimum of 3 years solid experience in day to day office management. It would be desirable to have facilities management experience alongside this.
2. Dynamic personality with a 'can do' attitude and ability to take ownership of the role.
3. A proactive approach to the office environment and ability to self start.
4. Ability to work well with all levels of the organisation, up to and including the CEO.
5. Strong Office 365 experience, including but not limited to, Word, PowerPoint and MS Teams. Experience with SharePoint would be beneficial.
6. Ideally be degree qualified but this is not essential for the role.
