Job Title: Production Line Operative
We are currently seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to join our client’s production team in Radstock.
Responsibilities:
* Operate production machinery and equipment on the assembly line to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
* Monitor the production line to ensure products are being packaged correctly, following established quality standards.
* Conduct regular quality checks on packaged food items to identify defects or issues, reporting them to the supervisor.
* Adhere to strict hygiene and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Assist in setting up and dismantling production lines for changeovers and maintenance.
* Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet targets and deadlines.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and resolve issues.
* Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities, downtime, and quality issues.
* Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to production processes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and willingness to adhere to them.
* Flexible with working hours and available for additional shifts when needed.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Hours:
* 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (standard hours)
* Flexibility to work additional shifts when required is preferred.
