Senior Administrative Officer – Cover Manager
We are looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated Senior Administrative Officer to join Aberaeron Comprehensive School on a permanent, term time basis.
To manage daily cover arrangements for teaching staff to ensure that the school can meet its objectives and to provide confidential and efficient administrative HR support under the guidance of the School Business Manager and the school’s Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be working in the school office supporting all members of our school community.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment with competing demands. They will need to demonstrate the ability to work supportively and effectively in a team, as well as innovatively and independently. Candidates will need excellent knowledge of running a school office and a variety of IT systems focused on administrative, human resource and organisational processes.
In addition to the above, we require an individual with fluency in the Welsh language.
