This is a full-time position reporting directly into the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting the team in the successful operation of the gym, with a focus on driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the member base through various strategies inside and outside the gym.

Job Responsibilities
* Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
* Demonstrate and uphold our elevated standards of working
* Lead by example in our FUNDAMENTALS sales process, support and train the team to improve performance
* Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members
* Manage activity planners for the gym, ensuring thorough planning and execution
* Implement strategies to increase lead generation both internally and externally
* Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicate insights to the team
* Drive revenue across membership sales, products, and secondary revenue streams
* Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations
* Build relationships with local businesses for partnerships
* Develop #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities
* Lead on reception and gym floor to enhance member experience
* Support national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Provide regular, constructive feedback to support team development
