Our client is a market leading organisation within their field. The role is based out of the office but highly flexible as to the office attendance (1-3 days per week in the office). The offices are located in Bournemouth with excellent public transport access, as well as free onsite parking. Due to some internal changes, they require more support.
Job Description
As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Manage and oversee a small team of accounts payable clerks
* Managing invoices
* Managing staff expenses
* Managing payment runs
* Identify opportunities for process improvements
* Analyse financial data and report findings to senior staff members
* Liaise across other teams
* Deal with suppliers
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Accounts Payable Supervisor position, you will be able to do most, if not all, of the above responsibilities.
