Step Teachers are seeking an experienced Grounds Support Worker to assist an employee 121 within the Grounds team to provide support in their role. This role is for 15 hours per week, spread across Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is a fixed-term 1-year contract requiring someone ASAP.

Key Responsibilities as a Grounds Support Worker:
* Support an individual in carrying out their duties as a ground person.
* Maintain safety whilst enabling independence for the grounds person to complete tasks.
* Assist with tasks such as sweeping, litter picking, grass cutting, and strimming.
Requirements for Grounds Support Worker Role:
* Demonstrated experience in offering care and support to adults with additional needs.
* At least a grade C / 4 in GCSE English and Maths is required.
* Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance is preferred, but full training will be provided.
* Be a professional and reliable member of the team.
* Ability to take own initiative or work as a team player.
