Compliance Co-ordinator LS6 £23k - £26k (DOE) Benefits Hours of work 8.30am – 17.30 (Monday – Friday) with WFH Friday’s once fully trained This well-established Recruitment business, placing talented Healthcare professionals, is looking to recruit an exceptional Compliance Co-ordinator. Having previous experience within the Healthcare sector and in particular working with the NHS framework would prove extremely beneficial. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to legal, regulatory and company standards. The role requires maintaining thorough compliance records ensuring legislative changes are updated, along with supporting the recruitment team in delivering a high-quality service to candidates and clients. Responsibilities Documentation and Record-Keeping. Ensuring all candidate documentation (e.g. right to work checks, references, qualifications) are requested, verified and logged onto system in line with GDPR guidelines. Policy Adherence. Working with internal policies, external regulations, employment law, safeguarding and industry-specific compliance inline with requirements (e.g. NHS). Audit. Preparation for and support with internal and external compliance audits, ensuring all required documents and records are up to date and accessible. Database Management. Maintain accurate records, flagging expiring documents such as visas, licences, and training certificates. Keeping abreast of changes in employment law and industry standards that impact the recruitment compliance (e.g. IR35, GDPR) About You Excellent attention to detail. Meticulous in reviewing documentation and identifying discrepancies Excellent Organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple compliance tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Essential Previous experience in a compliance or administrative role, preferably within recruitment or a related industry. Knowledge of employment law, GDPR, and recruitment compliance standards. Proficient in using recruitment databases and software. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
