The Role:
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our outstanding team. These roles are perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting children's growth and development, who enjoys being creative, and is committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities tailored to each child's needs and interests.
* Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and supported.
* Monitor and record children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning space.
* Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
Qualifications:
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
* A genuine passion for working with children and helping them develop.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
* A positive, flexible, and proactive approach.
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary on appointment will be £23,240 per annum (£11.91 per hour), with an annual increment up to £23,911 per annum (£12.26 per hour). These 2 full-time posts are available from 28 April 2025 on a fixed term basis for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave. You will be working 37 ½ hours per week year-round, Mondays to Fridays.
