Business Development Executive (Nordics) - Hybrid role 3x days per week in Swansea

The Role:
As a Business Development Executive (Nordics), you will be responsible for increasing revenue in the Nordic region through the company's product portfolio. This includes managing and growing existing, selected Tier 2, 3 & 4 accounts, developing new and existing customer relationships, and identifying and pursuing new opportunities from prospect to partner, in accordance with the brand, values, and mission statement. You will report to the regional Sales Director for the Nordics.
Business Development responsibilities (Tier 2 – 4 Accounts):
1. Convert qualified incoming leads for Tier 2 – 4 accounts.
2. Regularly contact Tier 2-4 major spending customers.
3. Forecast sales on a monthly basis in line with business CRM processes.
4. Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline via the CRM (Salesforce).
5. Prepare demand generation campaigns for existing Tier 2 to 4 accounts.
6. Follow up on demand generation for Tier 2 to Tier 4 accounts.
7. Follow, understand, and translate the latest Cyber Security developments and trends into customer-driven solutions.
