Responsibilities:
1. Contribute and influence the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives and strategies
2. Work with Corporate Communication and Product Marketing teams to provide recommendations for best-practice digital strategy.
3. Manage the day-to-day support and execution of digital marketing campaigns including project management, build, QA, deployment, measurement/reporting
4. Provide subject-matter expertise on paid marketing strategies that will meet business objectives
5. Lead the targeting and audience segmentation for digital campaigns across a variety of programs and initiatives
6. Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support and scale
7. Develop and execute A/B testing in paid campaigns and brand studies to refine messaging and drive brand lift
8. Leverage data to analyze results, establish benchmarks, identify trends, report and execute on key findings in a way that informs decisions and improves the customer experience
9. Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations for improved performance
10. Proactively work to maintain SEO fundamentals – XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, meta descriptions & title tags, etc.
11. Conduct ongoing content, keyword, and URL audits to improve user and search engine relevancy of key pages
Qualifications & Experience
12. University or college degree with at least 5-7 years of digital marketing experience in campaign management, email marketing, analysis & reporting, project management, social media & eCommerce preferred
13. Experience in B2B digital marketing preferred
14. Experience with implementation of Salesforce, Pardot, Sales Enablement tools
15. Ability to set forecasted goals and to develop business strategy that achieves those goals
16. Proven experience managing search engine marketing and social marketing budgets and campaigns
17. Working knowledge of SEO best practices
18. Understanding of HTML, CSS and code structure including XML sitemap submissions, internal linking and keyword generation
19. Analytically driven, including experience with Google Analytics
20. Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
21. Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
22. eCommerce experience a plus
23. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
24. Able to develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with leadership and other staff members
25. Thinking and acting entrepreneurially
26. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
27. Fluency in English
28. Medical devices industry experience a plus
29. This role is remote, you can be based anywhere in UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Italy
