The Role
The role of a Business Development Manager is essential to the dynamic, high-growth payments industry, helping businesses across the UK achieve their objectives. As a BDM, you'll have the independence to pursue growth opportunities within the CV postcode territory.
Key Responsibilities:
·Actively prospect for new business through self-sourced leads and cold calling
·Schedule and conduct face-to-face business reviews with each customer to thoroughly understand their needs, enabling you to customise your approach and solutions
·Present market-leading offerings and exceptional savings, negotiating and securing business contracts with new customers
How you'll be rewarded:
·£33,000 basic salary
·£4,800 car allowance + 25p per mile fuel
·Uncapped commission structure with an average OTE of £65k, top achievers earning £100k+
·25 days annual leave, plus 8 UK bank holidays
