About Naked And The Role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to elevate and shape the creative direction of Naked Wines, driving world-class brand design across our global markets (USA, UK, and Australia). You will lead the conceptualisation and execution of design projects, developing creative for major marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, display, video), and delivering the highest quality brand experiences with physical assets (packaging, print advertising).
You will set the creative benchmark for design excellence, ensuring our brand remains fresh, relevant, and engaging. With an entrepreneurial spirit, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a visual identity that customers love and internal teams believe in. Very importantly, you'll be a lovely human who inspires, motivates, and takes people with you and your ideas.
You'll be responsible for:
Brand Design & Execution:
* Take the lead on brand design projects, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency across physical and digital touch points
* Design standout marketing materials and physical assets, bringing our wines to life visually
* Develop and execute compelling digital campaigns across social media and paid advertising
* Elevate the standard of typography, colour, composition, and brand storytelling, making Naked Wines visually distinctive
Creative Leadership & Strategy:
* Define and implement a brand design direction that aligns with our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and engages our target audience
* Champion design excellence, setting the bar for high-quality creative output across the company
* Own and evolve our brand design guidelines, working closely with marketing, brand, product design and content teams to ensure a unified visual identity and tone of voice
* Influence and inspire teams across global markets to buy into and uphold high design standards
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
* Partner with winemakers, category managers, and marketers to create brand assets that enhance product storytelling
* Establish best-in-class design processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistency
* Manage external creative partners (agencies, freelancers) as needed, maintaining alignment with brand vision
* Act as a mentor to junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and creativity
Requirements:
You Have:
* Proven experience as a brand designer within an e-commerce or consumer-focused business
* A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and executional excellence across both physical and digital design
* Expertise in designing for packaging, print, and digital marketing campaigns
* A passion for brand storytelling with the ability to bring ideas to life visually
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
* Experience in setting and upholding brand design standards, guiding teams toward a unified creative vision
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you're a team player who uplifts those around you
* A love of wine (or a keen curiosity to learn!)
* Note - This role explicitly excludes UX and UI design
