Project Coordinator
Location: Stroud
Salary: Circa £30,000 DOE
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact in project coordination? My client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their dedicated Contracts Team. You’ll play a vital role in managing project interfaces between the business and their valued customers, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of critical projects in engineering, manufacturing, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Project Manager and project co-ordinate assigned orders
2. Liaise with all internal departments regarding assigned orders, and liaise with customer and/or customer representative
3. Assisting with the creation of project plans
4. Ensure timely order status reporting
5. Improve status reporting format in liaison with Client and business personnel
6. Assist with monitoring project actual costs against estimates
7. Identify and support process and system improvements
8. Co-ordinate client visits
9. Supporting end month reporting & presentations
About you:
1. A background in project coordination, sales administration, or document control (experience in engineering, manufacturing, or Oil & Gas is a plus)
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MRP and Microsoft Projects experience is a bonus
3. Confident, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
4. Able to thrive under project deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
