Designer Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a highly reputable Bathroom Showroom, to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant, based in Epsom. Responsibilities: Posting invoices and credit notes from suppliers, on to the system for stock and non-stock items. Supplier statement reconciliation. Being the first point of contact for relevant purchase ledger enquiries. Liaising with appropriate departments or suppliers for proof of delivery where required. Chasing credits from suppliers where stock has been sent back. Daily sales figure reporting for certain departments. Office based only. Requirements: Knowledge and experience working in a similar role. A good understanding of computerised systems. Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal communication skills. Organised, methodical and analytical. This role can be taken on either a full-time or part-time basis, and is paying up to £30,000.
