Purpose of the Role:
The Data Management Lead plays a pivotal role in enhancing how data is used across Royal London. Your work will directly contribute to helping people protect and grow their financial assets. By improving data quality and fostering a culture of data stewardship, you'll help us deliver better outcomes for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Establishing and maintaining data management practices and standards.
* Promoting data quality and integrity across the organization.
* Leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver data management initiatives.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
* Extensive experience in data management and governance.
* Strong leadership and team management skills within a Data Management context.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Deep understanding of data quality management and data governance principles in line with BCBS 239 Standards.
* Ability to prioritize and plan according to business demands.
* Experience with Data Management Tools such as IBM InfoSphere, Collibra, Informatica CMDC, Ataccama, or similar.
