Client Accounts Coordinator
Connells Group has a great opportunity for a customer service professional to join their busy client accounts team in Head Office, in Leighton Buzzard. Our Client Account Coordinators provide support services to all Lettings Branches, Landlords, and Tenants. Their aim is to provide a service that surpasses all customer expectations.
You will be responsible for:
* Handling queries coming into the department via phone and email from landlords, tenants, and branches in a timely and professional manner.
* Maximizing the collection of rental payments through communicating with the debtor via telephone, e-mail, and SMS, negotiating payment arrangements, monitoring aged debt and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
* Loading/checking property, landlord & tenant details onto the client accounts computer system and ensuring all charges for fees are correctly raised.
* Processing renewals, terminations of tenancies, and return of deposits.
* Ensuring all funds received are identified and allocated correctly.
* Processing rents received and remitting to landlords daily by Faster Payments & Cheque.
* Producing statements to landlords detailing transactions on account.
* Processing requests from landlords, tenants, branches, and LSC.
* Performing ad hoc duties as required by line manager.
Your experience and skills will include:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills with the confidence to deal with challenging queries via telephone calls and e-mail.
* Excellent PC and related technology skills.
* Excellent writing skills.
* Good analytical ability.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
* Flexible approach to working.
* Basic accounts/bookkeeping background an advantage but not necessary.
