The Opportunity.
Join our vibrant team as a People Services Advisor in our Newcastle office!
As a key member of the People Services team, you'll provide expert advice and support to a defined geography, collaborating with various stakeholders.
Your role includes coaching managers, enhancing their capabilities, and boosting confidence in applying our people policies, managing sickness absence, driving well-being initiatives, and contributing to policy development.
The People Services Advisor will also play a pivotal role in monitoring, analysing, and reporting on data trends, ensuring early intervention and solutions.

Is this role right for you?
We are looking for people who:
1. Have experience of working in a generalist People focused role in a similar organisation with detailed knowledge of people best practices, processes and systems.
2. Have experience of supporting the business with complex employee relations cases including performance management.
3. Can provide complex People related advice to managers with confidence and self-belief.
4. Have working knowledge of UK employment law, with the ability to identify, explain and strategize to mitigate legal, reputational, and financial risk.
5. Hold CIPD membership and can evidence own continuous professional development.
