Job Description:
1. Welcome new tenants to the property, check in and check out.
2. Investigate and resolve resident complaints.
3. Enforce occupancy policies and procedures.
4. Maintain timely communications with residents and tenants.
5. Prepare and distribute monthly statements.
6. Ensure timely payments and collections.
7. Schedule expenditures.
8. Check and pay invoices.
9. Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records.
10. Monitor and complete maintenance and repairs cost-effectively, implementing preventative maintenance.
11. Maintain strong relationships with contractors, ensuring effective communication and adherence to timelines.
12. Ensure security and health requirements are met.
13. Organise incoming and outgoing inspections and prepare inspection reports.
14. Provide ad hoc services for members of the family.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor's degree may be preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
* Interest in residential and commercial property.
* Trustworthy and a team player.
* Highly organised and self-motivated.
* Great attention to detail and proactive.
