Overview of responsibilities Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring smooth functionality across all systems, networks, and software applications Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to an IT Technician, delegating tasks and ensuring timely issue resolution Working to KPI’s in line with business needs Assisting with "hands on" day to day IT support Serve as the first point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing hands-on support for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and network management Collaborating with our Learning Academy to identify and build training for new IT systems Monitoring the use of equipment, software, and services to ensure functionality and efficiency Identifying the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems Experience Proven experience within an IT Manager position or similar role Strong commercial awareness Proven ability to prioritise effectively and manage the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication skills to all levels of the business and all technical abilities A proven track record delivering in a high-volume environment An excellent relationship builder with a friendly approach who is driven to deliver, autonomous and self-directed Technical Experience Windows IT Infrastructure Microsoft 365 deployments (Teams, Sharepoint et al) On Premise Active Directory with Group Policy Objects Azure AD with Microsoft InTune IP Networking design and administration PowerShell Support of remote office and home users Knowledge of our technology stack: Okta, Salesforce, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Please note this role requires two days in our Theale office
