Security Cleared 2nd Line Support Engineer
Security Cleared 2nd Line Support Engineer required on an initial 3-month contract.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be joining an existing team, tasked with onboarding users, general BAU 2nd Line Support and assisting with closing tickets on a busy Service Desk, all within a M365 environment.
2nd Line Support Engineer - Technical Skills / Experience required:
Current Security Clearance (or previously held SC Clearance)
Prior experience within an IT Support / 2nd Line role
Windows 10/11 – Administration and Support
Microsoft EUC Stack – joiners, leavers and movers
Office 365 – Administration and Support
Deployment experience using SCCM/Intune
Active Directory experience
Experience with ticket management systems
Experience in build and deployment (Intune)
This is a full-time contract requirement with an option of hybrid working.
The ideal candidate will hold current Security Clearance / SC Cleared / SC Clearance – however, if your Clearance has recently lapsed this could be an option.
This Security Cleared 2nd Line Support Engineer role is an immediate requirement with interview slots available next week.
