Role description:
Senior Enterprise Architect (Senior Manager)
- The resource is required for injecting the required standards and modernization of our Architecture delivery across the portfolio, leading the way and supporting our colleagues to improve standards and deliver value.
Key responsibilities:
* Senior Leadership - Supercharge our approach to Architecture through accelerated implementation of high standards and leadership to embed our Target Architecture.
* Develop Partnerships - Embed our Enterprise Architecture Vision and Design Principles, building confidence in the practice and help others understand the role of architecture.
* Architecture Mandates - Bridge gaps between Business and Technology Architecture, defining clear roles and responsibilities, ensuring end to end approach with simplicity and common language.
* Strategic Design Lead - Provide a key role across all programmes, working alongside Director of Architecture, to ensure alignment and traceability to target, supporting sponsors and senior leaders to prioritise and sequence effectively. Inputs to Strategic Design Authority and Steer Co’s as required.
* Uplift capability - Lead Enterprise Architects (4 permanent Colleagues) on this journey and instils best practice and modernised approach.

* Enterprise Architecture, Strategy, Senior Stakeholder management, Team handling
