Job summary A exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Nurse Specialist within the Continence Service. The post is full time: Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm. The post holder will be responsible for a caseload of children with continence difficulties. The Post Holder will cross site work between Pontefract Hospital and Kings Medical Centre. The Post Holder will be a Specialist Nurse, providing advice and support within either a clinic setting or family home. The Post Holder will work alongside other Nurse Specialists employed within the Trust allowing them to maintain networks to ensure a high standard of care delivered for the child.
