Were looking to recruit an experienced Drawing Office Administrator to ensure the Drawing Office workflow is effectively controlled, liaise with customers to ensure and drive progress, provide administrative support to Drawing Office and Installation Team and provide regular progress and status reports to Senior Management Reporting into the Drawing Office Manager you will work along side our team of 3D CAD designers. The Drawing Office within our business is responsible for taking our customers briefs and designing bespoke solutions and creating work packages ready to pass to our manufacturing teams. The main duties and responsibilities of the Drawing Office Administrator are: Ensure proper receipt of work into the drawing office and availability of information for the design process. Under the direction of the Drawing Office Manager, prioritize and issue tasks to the team. Maintain regular communication with the Drawing Office team to track status, progress, and bottlenecks. Facilitate the effective handover of completed work to other departments and manage revisions based on customer feedback. Manage documents on customer systems and provide general administrative support to the Drawing Office. Respond to design information queries from operations and installation teams, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on workload, forecasts, and drawing office status. Requirements Someone with strong organisation and administrative skills. With high levels of attention to detail You will be meticulous and accurate in everything you do. You will be highly IT literate and have strong capabilities using Microsoft applications You will have strong communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and confidently with customers. An understanding of technical and engineering workflow would be advantageous.
