Our Bristol branch is already well established in the UK Nuclear industry. We are now looking to grow our team with world class professionals, willing to be a part of our core team of engineers to support our client in Aztec West.
We are mainly looking for: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Layout engineers with a Nuclear background, but also: Safety, Contract Management, Project Management (PMO) engineers.
As a result, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is ready to take up this exciting challenge.

Main Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for a variety of client requirements.
* Identifying and presenting outstanding candidates who meet clients’ requirements.
* Creating compelling job descriptions and person specifications tailored to client needs.
* Posting job vacancies across multiple platforms.
* Screening applications and shortlisting candidates for interviews.
* Coordinating and arranging interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
* Conducting interviews (in-person or virtual) and providing detailed feedback to both the candidates and management.
* Managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to job offers.
* Collaborating with the Business Manager to strategise and plan long-term resource requirements.
* Building partnerships with a variety of institutions, including schools, universities, and employment centres, to access diverse talent pools.
* Innovating and implementing new recruitment techniques to improve outcomes.
* Ensuring all new hires undergo appropriate security checks in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on the engineering and nuclear sectors.
* A strong background in agency recruitment.
* A dynamic personality with the confidence to engage and network with senior professionals.
* Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and selecting candidates using innovative methods.
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of connecting with individuals at all levels, from entry-level to senior candidates.
* A resilient and determined attitude, thriving under pressure to meet targets.
* Outstanding networking skills, including the ability to foster relationships with industry leaders and key stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively to meet client needs.
* Goal-oriented and results-driven, consistently exceeding targets and delivering exceptional outcomes.
* The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and respond swiftly to market shifts.
* Experience using modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
