Our client is a nationally recognised leader in IT support services and managed services, with multiple awards for excellence.
Due to growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Field Engineer with a strong technical background in a client-facing role.
This is a field-based role with travel to customer sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays (project dependent) using company vehicles.
Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer technical issues.
2. Ensure timely resolution and appropriate recording of incidents.
3. Deploying new hardware and software solutions at customer sites.
4. Installing and migrating customer networking equipment.
5. Attending customer sites to troubleshoot and fix incidents.
What we are looking for:
1. Experience working in a similar customer-focused role.
2. Experience with network infrastructure.
3. Experience with wireless technologies.
4. Experience with telephony systems.
5. Excellent customer service experience with the ability to work independently.
6. A full and valid UK driving license.
