Employment Lawyer. Big 4. 3 month assignment. 5PQE We are currently working with one of the Big 4 on an urgent requirement for an Employment Lawyer. The role is to start ASAP, is anticipated to last for circa 3 months, and will work as part of the internal employment team covering a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The successful individual can expect to be involved in providing advice on a broad variety of people matters including: restructures and business shaping, TUPE, corporate transactions, contractual agreements, restrictive covenants, grievances and ethical issues, disciplinary matters, internal policies and procedures, whistleblowing, compensation and benefits, terminations, disputes and litigation in the Employment Tribunal. Ideally, candidates should be qualified in England & Wales, possess upwards of 5 years’ PQE and have gained experience within fast-paced, multi-national, in-house legal teams. The team operates a hybrid working policy, with 1 day per week required in their London office. Due to the urgent nature of the assignment, the successful Employment Lawyer will likely be available immediately or at short notice.
