Our best performing and most experienced staff are offered these opportunities. Working for MPI regularly allows these otherwise rare opportunities and before getting to that level, less senior staff have the opportunity to work with and learn from our best staff and have the reachback capability in house to overcome any skills gaps, or get second and third opinions, which is again rare in any size engineering or project management consultancy. MPI staff, including our contract staff, enjoy working for MPI, have great morale and are very positive about the company, whilst being paid above average salaries and day rates. Application We welcome both applicants that meet the full job spec and also speculative applicants, who partially meet the job spec and are at an earlier stage in their careers and feel they would fit in well with MPI.
