Job Description: Internal Communications and Graphic Design Specialist Manchester M50 3SP (1 – 2 days per week in the office or as required) Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Salary £33K – £40K depending on experience excellent benefits We make health happen – the role You’ll support the design and delivery of our internal communications strategy to engage our people within our Bupa Global, India & UK market unit in Bupa’s purpose, strategy and values. How you’ll help us make health happen You’ll work closely with the Senior Employee Campaigns Manager and Internal Communications Director to deliver the internal communications strategy for our Bupa Global, India and UK market unit. Design and deliver MU-wide campaigns which connect people to our purpose and strategy, including our health and wellbeing programme Viva and Sustainability programmes. Connect across the External Communication teams (Brand and PR) and with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive employee engagement. Deliver communication campaigns including graphic design, writing communications and delivering virtual and physical events. Help to manage some of our market unit communication channels, including our collaboration platform Workvivo, continuously developing ideas of how to improve it. Report on the impact of campaigns and engagement activities, developing strategies to drive adoption and engagement. You A confident, creative thinker with demonstrable excellence in internal communications and graphic design. Excellent design, writing and communications planning skills, as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from our people. Experienced in virtual and physical event planning and development, working with a wide range of stakeholders including senior leaders. Relishes the challenge of developing a wide range of content for employee communication and collaboration platforms such as Workvivo or Workplace from Meta. Creative ability to design and deliver internal communications content in an engaging way. Enjoys fast paced environments which are very delivery focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
