Hours:
The business is open from 08.00-17.30 Monday to Friday and 09.00-12.00 on a Saturday. You will be required to work one in four Saturday mornings.
Salary: £30,000 pa

Responsibilities:
1. Meeting and greeting customers, suppliers, assessors, and other third parties.
2. Entering new information onto the management system and contacting customers to coordinate various appointments.
3. Managing all incoming phone calls and directing them to the right department.
4. Managing email traffic that comes into the generic email address, ensuring it is directed to the right person or department.
5. General administration.
6. Liaising between customers, other departments, and third parties to ensure efficiency.
7. Be willing to multi-task and help out colleagues when workloads dictate that it is necessary.
