Position Summary
As part of a small, in-house Oracle ERP Support Team based in London, this role provides technical support and development for the global Oracle ERP R12.2.10 system. You’ll maintain and enhance core Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, AGIS, OLFM, PO, iProc) and develop custom interfaces for travel booking systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support & Maintenance – Support Oracle ERP (R12.2.10), troubleshoot issues, and implement system improvements.
2. Development & Customization – Build and maintain custom integrations, automate processes, and enhance ERP functionality.
3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement – Work with stakeholders to optimize ERP usage and support finance transformation initiatives.
4. System Enhancements & Documentation – Manage bug fixes, patches, and ensure proper documentation for system changes.
Experience & Skills
Required:
1. 2+ years Oracle ERP (R12.2) development experience.
2. Experience with Oracle Open Interfaces, APIs, and ERP system administration.
3. Hands-on experience with Oracle XML/BI Publisher, OA Framework, APEX, and Workflow.
4. Functional knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, FA, AR, CM, OLFM, PO, iProc).
5. Familiarity with Hyperion FCCS, R12 SLA, MOAC, AME.
6. Prior experience in finance transformation projects or travel industry ERP systems.
7. Experience working in a global, multi-time zone environment.
